At Silver Phoenix Martial Arts Supply, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not, we're here to help—under the conditions outlined below.
Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be new, unused, and in their original packaging.
- Items that show signs of use, damage, wear, or modification will not be accepted.
- User-damaged or used items are not eligible for return or refund.
We reserve the right to inspect all returned items before issuing a refund.
Non-Returnable Items
The following are non-returnable:
- Items that have been used or worn
- Items damaged by the customer
- Items returned after the 30-day period
How to Request a Return
To start a return:
- Contact us at customerservice@silverphoenixmartialarts.com with your order number and reason for the return.
- We will provide you with return instructions and the appropriate return address.
- You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item was incorrect or defective upon arrival.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please initiate a return for a refund and place a new order.
